Return Policy
1. General Information
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
3. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team through our contact form to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
- Inspection and Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our customer service.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
